1. Our role

AnyTaxiTransfer acts as an intermediary: we take your request for a transfer to and from the airports we serve across Italy, France, Switzerland and Austria — the full list is on the home page — and place it with one of the more than 5,000 drivers we work with, then send you the fare and the meeting point.

The transport itself is carried out by the assigned driver, who operates under the licences required by the law of the country where the service takes place.

To arrange the service we pass the assigned driver only what is necessary: your name, phone number, pick-up place and time, destination, the vehicle chosen.

Other destinations, if we can cover them, are priced in the form or quoted in writing.

2. How a booking is made

You choose your route and your vehicle: the price of each one is calculated on the real route and shown to you before you proceed.

Submitting the form records your request. The booking is confirmed when payment succeeds: from that moment the ride is binding on both parties.

If you do not pay within two hours, the request lapses and you are charged nothing.

If the route cannot be calculated automatically, the request is still recorded and we write to you with the fare, at no charge.

If we cannot cover the route or the time you asked for, we will tell you by email and, if you have already paid, refund the full amount.

3. Fares

The fare is given to you before confirmation and is fixed for the agreed route, date and time.

Changes requested after confirmation — a different route, extra stops, a different vehicle — may lead to an adjusted fare, which we always tell you about before going ahead.

Any parking fees or unusual tolls that could not be foreseen when quoting are communicated in advance.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card at the time of booking, on the secure payment page: your card details never pass through our site and we do not store them.

The charge is in the name of Cristian Bishara, who runs AnyTaxiTransfer. You pay for the organisation of the transfer. The assigned driver carries out the transport.

The amount is the one shown before payment, in euro, calculated on the route, and it is all-inclusive: no surcharges are added after confirmation.

A receipt for the payment is issued on request.

The payment link is personal and tied to a single booking: please do not share it with others.

5. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel from the My booking page up to pick-up time. Up to 6 hours before, if you have already paid, you send a refund request with the reason: we issue it to the same card. The bank usually credits it within 5–9 working days. You can also reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@anytaxitransfer.com.

Within 6 hours of pick-up you can still cancel, without a refund: the driver kept the slot free and would be left without work.

If the service cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us, you are charged nothing and, if you have already paid, we refund the full amount to the same card.

6. Delays and no-shows

For airport pick-ups please provide your flight number: we take the actual landing time into account and wait a reasonable period after arrival.

If you do not appear at the meeting point and cannot be reached on the contact details provided, the service is treated as not delivered due to the customer.

Please tell us about any change as soon as you can: a timely message almost always solves the problem.

7. Vehicle and safety on board

Choose the vehicle that fits your group: each card shows seats and luggage. Skis and snowboards are on the form and do not take luggage space. Other special equipment should be mentioned in the notes.

If you are travelling with children, booster and child seat are on the form: a car takes up to 2 boosters or 1 child seat, a van up to 2 of each.

Seat belts must be worn on board and smoking is not permitted. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep to the agreed times, within the limits imposed by traffic, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend choosing a pick-up time that leaves a sensible margin before your flight or appointment.

Please check that you have not left personal belongings on board at the end of your journey.

9. Withdrawal

The transfer is passenger transport on an agreed date and time. The fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to many distance contracts does not apply (Italian Consumer Code, Art. 47(1)(k)).

You can still cancel as set out in these terms.

10. Complaints

For a complaint or a dispute, write to hello@anytaxitransfer.com. We reply in writing.

11. Governing law

Italian law applies to this relationship. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or chosen domicile remain competent.
