Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This notice explains how personal data collected through anytaxitransfer.com is processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Cristian Bishara, Via Viterbo 49, 20152 Milan (MI), Italy — Italian tax code BSHCST01P20F205V.
For any request about your data, write to hello@anytaxitransfer.com.
2. What we collect
Through the booking form we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations and addresses, the date and time of the transfer (or a request for an immediate ride), the vehicle you choose, your flight number (if provided) and any notes you choose to add.
Through the contact form we collect: your full name, email address, subject and message, plus the IP address and the time of sending to prevent abuse.
For security purposes we also record the IP address, the date and time the form was submitted and the browser used.
While you fill in the form we observe how far you have got — the step you reached, the route you are pricing, the vehicle and price shown — along with your IP address, browser type and screen size. This serves two concrete purposes: noticing straight away if route calculation stops working, and arranging a driver for someone who asks for an immediate ride. The visit identifier is random, is never stored on your device and cannot recognise you on a later visit. This data deletes itself within an hour.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not enter health information or other sensitive data in the notes field.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
To handle your transfer request, find and instruct the driver, send you the summary and confirmation and carry out the service: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures you requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To reply to follow-up messages and handle any dispute: our legitimate interest in defending our rights (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
To prevent abuse and automated form submissions: our legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
To meet tax and legal obligations connected with the service (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing messages and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
4. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a service are kept for 12 months.
Data relating to transfers actually carried out is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally 10 years.
Technical security logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Who we share it with
To carry out the transfer we pass the assigned driver only the data needed: your name, phone number, pick-up place and time, destination, the vehicle chosen, and any operational notes. The driver uses this data solely to complete the ride.
The website and mailbox are hosted by SiteGround, acting as data processor. The servers used to deliver the service are located in the European Union.
Card payments involve SumUp Limited as an independent controller. To measure which ads lead to a paid booking we send Google only the booking reference, a share of the amount and the currency — never your name, email or phone number.
We never sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Online payment
If you choose to pay for your transfer by card, the payment is handled by SumUp Limited, acting as an independent data controller for your card details. Card data never passes through our servers: we neither see nor store it.
We send SumUp only the agreed amount, the currency and the booking reference. In return we receive the outcome of the payment and the transaction code, which we keep alongside the booking to meet accounting obligations.
7. Cookies
The site uses a technical session cookie, needed to display the outcome of the form submission correctly.
The Google Ads tag loads only if you accept it on the banner. The conversion sends only the booking reference, a share of the amount and the currency. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number or any other customer details.
We use no third-party analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
8. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to hello@anytaxitransfer.com.
If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Providing your data
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary to handle your transfer request: without it we cannot send you a quote or arrange the service. The flight number and notes are optional.
